What has always set Stewart apart as a leader is that he is never focused solely on the act of leading, but rather, simultaneously applying his incredibly reflective and constructive lens to both his own leadership actions and to the leadership of those around him. He has the touch to find the right moment and right style to provide the feedback and coaching upwards, downwards, and laterally in the organization to strengthen the team to deliver for the organization and for their individual career aspirations.
Stewart’s support and guidance have had a lasting impact on my career. He helped me build the confidence to grow from a quiet introvert into a leader while accelerating my professional development. He has a remarkable ability to see potential in others and help them achieve more than they thought possible.
I appreciate Stewart’s candor. He is easy to talk to and created a relaxed, approachable environment. He drove to the route of what the issue was and not by following the easy path but by exploring new options that had not been considered. He shows he is listening which builds trust.
Whenever I needed perspective, Stewart was the person I turned to. His ability to listen, provide balanced advice, and challenge my thinking has made a lasting impact on both my career and my confidence in navigating important decisions.
The fluidity of the questions were on point. He circled back to what was said but also continued to allow the conversation to move forward.
Great at asking questions that helped guide me to a reasonable conclusion.
